David Conlin writes: For the record Pat Doyle was also the School 1st XV capt, I was Hon. Sec. and (if my memory is still trustworthy) Jimmy Walsh, Neville Buswell , Anthony McCarthy, Bill Donegan and Peter Green were all regular members of the 1st XV. John Davis was from Hereford and originally a day boy.
